[ eventually, fizz is too tired to keep trying, especially after he calls repeatedly and gets nothing via that either. the flowers are still being annoying and he's pretty sure it's because he's so freaked out since he also has the headache, dizziness, tightness in his chest, and nausea that accompanies a panic attack, so he forces himself to just set his phone down for a little bit and go to bed. he cuddles his cool new dog.
