A brief spot of humiliation. I offered suggestions to Richter after he indicated he was open to them, as detailed in his latest network post. He dismissed them and indicated I was trying to militarize the custodial team.

I propose we enact my solutions for one day only. Five days from now, several of us will each pick a floor. Only one floor, and work that one instead of going top-to-bottom with the entire crew. I estimate you will be finished in half the time and can then go on with the rest of your day.

At that point I will make a network post myself and draw attention to the fact that his carelessness and indifference alongside his unequal handling of punishment without reward is causing resentment among his bloated workforce.
