He as good as seized control of the city, and was planning on expanding that power through a scheme that would have left thousands dead. On a more...personal note, he sold Karlach to a devil. That little problem of hers I alluded to, the one that will absolutely kill her? That's on him.

Yeah, they're humans who kicked it and ended up down with the rest of us. The live forever in their clusterfuck of a city so most of them are kinda fucked in the head. Sinners don't tend to have much to do with the rest of us.

Angel seems ok but I'm pretty sure a whole logging industry could be run off of the stick up the other one's ass.
